About Erini
Owner and Executive Chef Nick Fifis believes that going out to eat should be more than just a great meal…it should be an experience. His paramount attention to detail combined with his top-notch team is a recipe for exceptional service and quality.
But it’s Chef Nick’s concept of sprinkling everything with S.A.L.T. (sound, ambience, light and temperature) that engages all your senses and immerses you into this unique destination restaurant.
Erini is constantly evolving providing different experiences as you visit throughout the year. The fall days invite you to keep warm and cozy by the fire sipping hot apple cider before or after your meal. As the cold sets in so does the magic of Christmas as you feel as if you are getting ready to dine with Santa at the North Pole. The winter wonderland carries forward letting romance and love radiate throughout as you celebrate your Valentine; all while still providing plenty of warm outdoor heating if you choose to dine outside. Spring blossoms bring forward feelings of new beings and the signs of summer to come. Finally, the hallmark of Erini, as the weather warms you are transported out of New Jersey and into a tropical oasis surrounded by palm trees, tropical flowers and music, ultimately feeling as if you landed in an island paradise.
For Chef Nick, every smile and laugh fuels his creativity and he is inversely inspired as he watches his patrons and the energy that grows and builds from their enjoyment. It is that positive energy that spawned the restaurant’s tagline “Positive Energy Loves Company”, worn proudly on every uniform. Positive energy radiates from all who work and visit Erini. This constant flow of energy is continually breeding new ideas and connections. You never know what you will taste, see, feel or who you will meet next at Erini.
We do not allow any pets. We do apologize. (Service animals only)
One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.
A Note from Chef Nick
Erini (which means “peace” in Greek) is named in honor of my grandmother. However, I’d like to honor and thank all my grandparents and parents included. I’m both proud and inspired by the hard work they put in to create a life here in American and the goals they achieved through that hard work. They instilled that in me and I am grateful.
To my loved ones, friends and staff; without your support, dedication and hard work my vision would not be reality. Thank you, my Erini family, for all that you do each day.
To our patrons new and old, thank you for dining at Erini and becoming part of our extended family. My team and I look forward to your every visit and we hope your experiences at Erini become memories for you, your friends, your loved ones and your family.
